What's your turnaround time?
After you place your order, we'll deliver you a digital proof within roughly 2 business days. Once we get your approval, the production + shipping times are as follows:
Sublimated: 4-5 weeks
Embroidered Tackle Twill: 5-6 weeks
What's the order process?
Step 1
Create your perfect jerseys using our highly customizable jersey builder.
Step 2
Finalize and approve your order details through our proofing portal. We'll send you a link when it's ready.
Step 3
Track your order. From approval to shipping, we'll send you updates as we work on your team's unis.
What's your minimum order quantity?
Currently, our minimum order quantity is 5 jerseys/kits per order.
How much is shipping, and where all do you ship to?
We'll ship anywhere! Currently, we offer $10 worldwide flat rate shipping for all orders.
How can I reorder one jersey from a previously placed team order?
Whether you have a new teammate or you just need a new jersey for yourself, simply visit our Reorder page and fill out the form. We'll get back to you as soon as possible with an invoice and proof.

Do you offer youth and adult sizes?
Yes, we offer youth and adult sizes for all all products.
See our full size chart here, and select your sizes in the Roster tab of the jersey builder for whichever jersey product you customize.
What if I can't build the jersey I want on your builder?
No problem! Just visit our Contact page, select Custom Order in the Contact Reason dropdown, and fill in your details. We'll get back to you once we review everything.
Do you offer socks?
We currently only offer hockey socks. Within the jersey builder for either of the two Ice Hockey Jersey products, you have the option to add & design socks.
Our socks are made of performance polyester, just like the jerseys.
Are your jerseys printed or stitched?
We offer both!
- Sublimated: All over printing
- Embroidered: Sewn-on logos, names, and numbers
Are logos and names on the back extra?
Nope! The price you see includes logos, names, numbers, and whichever jersey pattern you select within the jersey builder.
Can you make me a custom logo?
If you need a custom logo, just reach out to us and we'll gather details from you before supplying a quote.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do! We offer $10 flat rate global shipping.
What's your return policy?
All custom orders are final and aren't returnable. However, if there's something wrong with your uniforms or you're unhappy for any reason, please reach out to us and we'll make it right!
